We aim to send your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and is usually within a few days, but please allow up to 7 days. Postage and Packing is free. Your credit card will be charged at the point of sale.

Returns and Refunds

So, if for whatever reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can always send it back to us. All you need to do to use your 90-day money back guarantee is to make sure you keep all the product packaging, instructions, and other contents. Once your item is returned, a full refund will be processed, usually within 7 working days. If the item is not faulty, the customer must pay the return postage. Your statutory right to cancel will not be affected by the additional 90-day money back guarantee.
